About AwareReach

What does AwareReach do?

We review workplace safety arrangements, train teams and help organizations document their next steps.

Where do you work?

We are based in Zahle and work with organizations across Lebanon. Office visits are by appointment, so please contact us first.

Which organizations do you work with?

Schools and childcare, food service, healthcare and care, hospitality, industrial and manufacturing sites, and malls, sports clubs and event venues. If your sector is not listed, contact us.

Assessments

We are not sure what we need. Where do we start?

Send an assessment request. Tell us about your workplace, your people and your main concern. We start with a free phone pre-assessment to find the right next step.

Is the assessment free?

The phone pre-assessment is free. Onsite visits, reports and training are quoted separately. We agree the activities, outputs, schedule and price before delivery.

Does sending a request book a visit or a course?

No. Our team reviews your request and contacts you to agree the next step.

What will our organization receive?

It depends on the agreed scope. It can include review findings, priorities and actions, training records, selected procedures and follow-up.

Can we arrange ongoing safety support?

Yes, through an Annual Safety Partnership. It plans selected reviews, training, documentation and follow-up over the year. Each partnership is scoped and priced individually.

Training

Can you train our team at our workplace?

Yes. Tell us who needs training, their roles, the language they use and where they work. We confirm the programme, duration, practical activities and assessment before delivery.

How long are the courses?

Basic Life Saver (AR-BLS), Trauma First Aid (AR-TFA1), Medical First Aid & Vital Signs (AR-MFV1) and Fire Evacuation & Initial Fire Response (AR-FEV1) are each one 4-hour practical session. Integrated Emergency Response Awareness (AR-IERA1) is one 8-hour awareness day. It does not replace the practical courses. Each course page shows the duration, format, group size and who the course is for.

How many people can join a course?

The practical courses take up to 12 participants. For AR-BLS, the limit is 8 per instructor, rising to 12 with a second authorised instructor or assessor. AR-IERA1 takes up to 20 participants.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Participants who meet the course requirements receive an AwareReach credential with a QR code that can be verified online. The requirements are confirmed before booking.
