Begin with the facility, people, activities, and existing arrangements before selecting a service.
Focus attention on the gaps and improvements that matter most to the organization.
Use reports, visit logs, training records, and follow-up observations to maintain visibility over the work completed.

Explore Safety PartnershipA Practical Starting Point
Before recommending training or a wider safety service, AwareReach first works to understand your organization, facility, people, activities, and current arrangements.
A short initial conversation helps us understand your needs, identify the right contact person, and decide whether an onsite review or another service is appropriate.
When required, AwareReach conducts a separately scoped paid onsite assessment and prepares a report covering the agreed review areas, observations, priorities, and recommended next steps.
You may use the assessment as a standalone service or proceed with an approved wider engagement. Where included in a comprehensive engagement, its commercial treatment is stated clearly in the proposal.
For ongoing engagements, relevant reports and visit logs can document work completed, follow-up observations, and improvements identified over time.
How We Work
Each engagement is shaped around the actual environment, priorities, people, and level of support required.
We begin with a free phone pre-assessment to understand the organization and the immediate need.
Where required, we review the site, existing arrangements, team readiness, and the agreed areas of concern.
We define practical priorities and recommend an appropriate scope of training, documentation, preparedness, or ongoing support.
AwareReach delivers the approved service according to the agreed scope, responsibilities, schedule, and outputs.
Reports, visit logs, training records, and follow-up observations help the organization track completed work and future priorities.

Tailored Ongoing Support
Some organizations need more than a one-time assessment or training session. An Annual Safety Partnership can bring agreed reviews, training coordination, documentation, visit records, and follow-up into one tailored working relationship.
Discuss Ongoing Safety SupportEvery partnership is scoped and priced individually. Frequency, responsibilities, outputs, exclusions, and commercial terms are confirmed in the approved proposal.
Digital Credential Verification
AwareReach uses unique identifiers and secure QR-linked verification for applicable issued cards and certificates. Organizations can scan the QR code on an issued credential or use the appropriate option on the AwareReach Verification page.
